Went for a Dimond Cut refurb job and they are honest to confirm only a standard refurb job can be done due to pervious repairs (recently purchased 2nd hand BMW X6 with 21" alloys). I had earlier got a quote for refurbishment of my 4 Mercedes alloy wheels. I then started reversing my car out of the parking when suddenly there was big bangs on my boot lid and this young, short man came to the front window and put his face through it, into my face and started yelling that I was going to bang him. I tried to explain that he was on my blind side and in any case the car was moving at snails pace. But he kept yelling, was very intimidating. I was still shaking when I reached home and decided to complain to the manager. He had answered the phone and claimed that he was the manager.He did apologise but his arrogance was more than evident through his apology. I am never going back there. I wonder what quality of service they will provide, with a manager behaving like he was going to kill me
